Frequently Asked Questions
- Q. How do I save?
- A. When your loop is ready, produce it using the colored wave icon in the editor tools. This will save your project, move the loop into the looper and put a fresh new loop in the editor.
- Q. How do I export my song to my device?
- A. When your song is ready, open the song tools and tap the down arrow icon. After that, you can select an encoding format.
- Q. Why does the note not play the full sample?
- A. You can increase the note length by either long pressing on the note and releasing to bring up the fine adjustments window or, if in the piano grid, you can long press on the note then use another finger anywhere on the screen to drag the length. You can also set a length from the bottom bar in tools with 1/16 1/8 1/4 etc. Another option is to open the track properties and tap the "Hold" button in the SAMP tab. This will play the sample all the way through regardless of note length.
- Q. Can I use it offline?
- A. Yes, there is an offline mode available with the Unlimited Package.
- Q. Why do some samples not play the correct note on the keyboard?
- A. Unless a sample is specified as a certain note in the sample name (ie. cleanchord-A7) the sample could be any pitch. If this is the case, the un-resampled note is located at A4 on the keyboard. To fix this, open the track properties, then under the "SAMP" tab, tap the button titled "Sync Freq". This function will scan the sample for its fundamental frequency and map it to the correct keys. This is an important function especially when using bass samples.
- Q. How do I delete my account?
- A. You can completely delete your account by going into the main menu settings then scroll to the bottom. This will permanently remove all of your data and cannot be undone.
